The Stone Pony to reopen

Good news for Asbury Park and Bruce fans all over the world. Legendary club the Stone Pony has been sold to two New York City cats and "Butch", one of the two original owners, will be in charge. At the same time it looks like a $750,000,000 redevelopment plan for Asbury Park could become reality this year, not least thanks to the Save Tillie Campaign. A good start to 2000 indeed!
