Stone Pony may open again

According to Sunday's issue of New York Times there are plans to reopen the Stone Pony in Asbury Park. The dance club, Vinyl, which replaced the Stone Pony, was apparently not a success and has already closed down. Now a group of investors led by former Stone Pony booking agent Kyle Brendle are investigating the possibilities of reconstructing the club. We wish them luck.
