Ssshh.... turn it down!

If you're not able to get a ticket for the upcoming show in Hartford, don't expect to show up on the parking lot and be able to listen to the show from outside the stadium. According to the Hartford Courant, the concert promoter has been told by the mayor that the town won't grant a waiver of its noise ordinance. The noise ordinance dictates that the sound outside the stadium parking lot can't rise more than 5 decibels. According to the newspaper this can't even drown out a ticking watch. We hope the stadium is sound proof or the people inside will get in trouble if they participate too much in the "Turn it up!" chant during "Mary's Place".
