Rumors of Bruce doing anti-Bush concert

This is one of the more peculiar rumors we have heard in a while. According to the New York Daily News, Bruce is planning to do a free concert on September 2, the same day President Bush is to address the Republican National Convention. According to the rumor, Bruce hopes to, "counterprogramme the message the Republicans will be broadcasting". To us, this sounds like an pretty far-fetched rumor, and we won't believe it till we see it.
