New album to coincide with tour

Published 1999-01-25
A good source tells us that there will in fact be a new Bruce album before the tour, but before you get your hopes up, it will only be a compilation from Tracks. The new album will be a single CD compilation of the best of the Tracks songs. No word yet on eactly which ones, but a good guess would be that it won't be that different from the promo CD that has been used by radio stations and handed out as prizes in various contests. This CD was made up by the following songs: Growin' up Rendezvous Hearts of Stone Restless Nights Where the Bands Are Loose Ends I Wanna Be With You Born in the USA Lion's Den Janey Don't You Lose Heart Sad Eyes Trouble in Paradise Seven Angles Happy Back in Your Arms Probably not what most fans would choose, but these songs would constitute a very strong album nonetheless and should make for a rather large success. Which again could have a noticable impact on the ticket situation for the upcoming tour. An official announcement of the album will probably come simultaneously with the tour announcement.
