Fourth night with lots of audibles
Published 2000-06-21
It had to happen. Last night Bruce pulled out his two greatest New York City songs: "New York City Serenade" and "Saint in the City". Altogether, it was a night with many rarities, some of which were done as audibles. "Take 'Em As They Come", "Candy's Room" and "Growin' Up" all appeared for the first time during the Garden stand. On top of that, there was a guest appearance by Soozie Tyrell on violin on "The Ghost of Tom Joad". See the setlist, the points, and the eyewitness account from Ian Magid and the Balloon Man. Eyewitnss accounts that were submitted in the past days are a bit delayed. We hope they will be up by the weekend at the latest.
