According to the Los Angeles Times a tour in October featuring a number of major acts, including Bruce Springsteen, is all but certain. The newspaper has received confirmation from several different sources that a tour is indeed going to take place. Apart from Bruce the artists will include Neil Young, REM, Pearl Jam, and possibly Bob Dylan. The article goes on to mention that it will probably be more of an anti-Brush tour than first expected.
