It's not official yet, but we hear that it's true: the live DVD is finished and ready to be released. It will include 25 songs: the HBO special followed by 11 bonus tracks (see the track list). "Blood Brothers" is not included as a bonus song, but part of it is featured in some supplemental documentary footage, where allegedly it works extremely well. Altogether, it looks like fans have something to look forward to. In an article in the August issue of MIX, it says that the DVD will feature full surround sound 5.1 mixed by Bob Clearmountain. The article also quotes Clearmountain as saying that a total of 37 songs were mixed and considered for the release. When the actual release will be, is still not known by us, but an official announcement is probably imminent.
