Time to get excited. At the recent Bruce symposium in New Jersey, the attendees were treated to a first showcase of a DVD that will be included with the 30th Anniversary edition of Born to Run. The DVD contains no less than the complete show at Hammersmith Odean in London from November 18, 1975, Bruce's first ever show in Europe. According to the first fan reactions, this we're in for a major treat. Work on the DVD has been going on for the last year with bits and ieces of old 16 mm film having edited together to a two-hour concert movie of allegedly exceptional quality. And when is this treasure going to be released? No date has been set yet, but the goal is to make it available for the Christmas shoppers.
