Bruce spent his weekend playing music and giving speeches to large crowds in Philadelphia and Columbus. Armed with only an acoustic guitar, he entertained thousands of people gathered for Obama voter registration rallies. Apart from playing classic songs like "The Promised Land", "Thunder Road" and a cover of "This Land Is Your Land", he delivered a seemingly well-prepared political speech supporting the Democratic candidate and slamming the last eight years of "disastrous administration".
