Bruce and band nominated for six Emmys

The HBO show has made quite an impact with the Emmy Award's committee. When the nominees were announced yesterday, Bruce and the E Street Band could be found in no less than six categories. They are as follows:
Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Special
Outstanding Directing for a Variety or Music Program
Outstanding Multi-Camera Picture Editing for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special
Outstanding Lighting Direction (Electronic, Multicamera) for VMC Programming
Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Variety or Music Series or Special
Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video for a Miniseries, Movie or Special
The awards are handed out on September 8 and 16, the 16th being the televised portion of the event. Find more info.
