Yet another new Bruce book will see the light of day. The book will be titled For You and will consist of stories, recollections and pictures as submitted by you, the fans. It's edited by Lawrence Kirsch and Howard Bloom, but the writers will be you. And it's not too late to participate. On www.foryoubruce.com you can submit your story and get more information about the project. In the Eighties a similar book appeared called Our Reason to Believe, but we would say it's high time someone followed up on that. Read more

Spin magazine has made a list of the 50 most significant body parts in rock 'n' roll, and Bruce will be happy to learn that his butt beat Jennifer Lopez' ditto in the butt category. As the magazine explains, "Even lunchbox-carrying, Mustang driving, heterosexual male New Jersey Devils fans can look at the cover of Born in the USA and admit freely, "Our hero's got himself a pretty nice ass there."" Yes, these are slow news times. Read more

The second North American leg of the Devils & Dust Tour came to an end last night in Vancouver. Surprising fans with tour premieres and rarities till the end, he debuted the first ever acoustic version of "Because the Night" and also pulled out a rare "Sandy". But he also made room for old standards like "Real World" and Paradise. What's going to happen next is anyone's guess, but there will most likely be more shows added soon. As far as we know, Bruce didn't indicate that this was the end. Read more

The movie is called Sid Bernstein Presents and was directed by Jason Ressler and Evan Strome. Read more

It may be a good idea to check out PBS' rerun of the Live in New York City concert special. According to Backstreets and a Texas radio station, the special will also include segments from Bruce's 1975 London performance. This doesn't necessarily mean that the upcoming 30th Born to Run anniversary edition will feature the same footage, but it would probably be a good guess. Check out when the show will be on in your area (only for people living in the US). Read more
