ABC News Nightline currently has a poll up that asks viewers which Nightline show (out of the show's entire history) viewers would most like to see re-broadcast on Labor Day Monday. If you go to this page, you'll see the following program description: "Bruce Springsteen: Nearly a year after Sept. 11, 2001, Ted Koppel joins "The Boss" on his ranch to talk about life, loss, and rock 'n' roll. And as a bonus, he gets an impromptu acoustic performance of "Empty Sky" from the Grammy-winning album The Rising."
Bruce fans can then go to the bottom of that page and vote for the Bruce show under the "What Do You Think" poll (he's the first choice). Read more

As mentioned a while ago, Bruce has lent his guitar and vocal skills to a track on Warren Zevon's upcoming album The Wind. You can now listen to a sample of the track that Bruce contributes to via Amazon, and he left a very distinct mark. The song is called Disorder in the House and will be released along with the rest of the album on August 26. Read more

It's been rumored for quite a while and it's still not official, but lately we have been getting reports from fans who have talked to band members and other tour associates who more or less confirm that the plan is to end the tour at Shea Stadium in New York in the beginning of October. Possibly we're talking of more than one show at the huge baseball arena that holds more than 50,000 people. Read more

Apparently due to poor ticket sales, the show in Buffalo on September 20 has been moved from the Ralph C. Wilson Stadium to the much smaller Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. Tickets can be traded, but right now there is much confusion as to what already sold ticket will correspond to in the new venue. It doesn't help that tickets for Ralph C. Wilson Stadium are still listed as being on sale now, and at the same time Ticketmaster lists the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center show for the same date with tickets going on sale on August 16. To many fans this looks like one of the most clumsy decisions in recent years from the Bruce organization. Read more

Although the first Hartford show hasn't sold out yet, a second one was added yesterday for September 18. Tickets are on sale now. There are also rumors of a second show in Los Angeles being added since the first one appears to be sold out and there's lots of room on the tour schedule. But maybe Bruce will prefer a few more East Coast shows. Read more

After several years of hibernation, the Boss Club re-emerged for the Reunion Tour for a few events, and now they are back again. On August 9, they will host a party at Platinum Live on Ventura Boulevard to warm up for Bruce's gig. Email BossClubSM@aol.com for more information. Read more

If you're not able to get a ticket for the upcoming show in Hartford, don't expect to show up on the parking lot and be able to listen to the show from outside the stadium. According to the Hartford Courant, the concert promoter has been told by the mayor that the town won't grant a waiver of its noise ordinance. The noise ordinance dictates that the sound outside the stadium parking lot can't rise more than 5 decibels. According to the newspaper this can't even drown out a ticking watch. We hope the stadium is sound proof or the people inside will get in trouble if they participate too much in the "Turn it up!" chant during "Mary's Place". Read more
