| As an Arsenal fan, and at the time a season ticket holder for almost twenty years, these two shows were really special. I hoped these shows would warm me to our new home but I've always hated it. For those not aquainted Arsenal (the football club) used to play their matches at a glorious Art Deco Palace a short walk from this stadium. A few months later I gave up my season ticket at Arsenal and have never been back. The shows, the first without Danny, were really great and probably the only enjoyable experience I had at this stadium. |

| A great show but not my favourite as the sound was very patchy. I was with friends and we went to the mixing desk for the last half where the sound was deeper and clearer. I remember my best mate, who despite being much less likely to blub during a Bruce show, is subsceptable to the odd tear during some songs, kept dry eyed all the way through the show, then through a rousing version of Jungleland. He even managed to get through the sax solo in tact. Then just as the solo finished Bruce went up to The Big Man and gave him a reassuring pat on the back. At that point my mate cracked and tears flowed. Don't ask me why, that moment just got to him. |
