After a 5 year hiatus due, among other things to the covid-19 pandemic, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band return to the stage for a full-scale world tour. The tour came off to a sour start when many fans were angry and frustrated with the new dynamic pricing ticket system that made a lot of ticket unaffordable to regular people. The lineup included a horn section, singers, and percussion. The setlists were more static than the previous several E Street Band tours, but had a clear vision and message built around songs from the Letter to You album. The tour was supposed to have lasted throughout 2023, but was cut short in September when Bruce was diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease. The scheduled concerts were postponed to 2024.
